Agile Coaching

Being both a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, I have worked in Agile settings for many years, also as an external Agile Coach. I love to hold retrospectives out of the ordinary with Scrum teams.

I therefore also occasionally offer Agile Coaching. Because I also have an education in Systemic Organization Development and Coaching, I have a particularly effective approach to solving issues when adapting Agile frameworks. My Agile background is useful in sparring situations or when Agile transformations are stuck. Moreover, inspirations from Agile are also useful for coaching non-agile teams out of the IT environment.

Learning & Development

I offer trainings in Leadership, Agile, Conflict Resolution, Communication and Project Management (more about trainings can be found on the training page). My Workshops for Preventive Team Development are a useful addition to internal training programs to directly work with Team Competences and Skills outside of theory in a practical everyday setting.

Teambuilding

I use "Team Building" as a service differently from "Team Development". From what I see, Team Building is often a fun event offered outside of the professional setting with the main goal of bringing the team together or "rewarding" the team for good work. My Team Workshops are a useful addition to this. Held in a professional setting, the team is encouraged to explicitly look at their strengths, communication patterns and processes in daily work. Trying out new ideas and finding practical solutions are the main goal. Often, this also happens in a playful, creative and humorous manner. And more often than not, even this is an event that brings the team together and creates mutual trust.

Company Values and Vision

Company Values and Company Vision are often developed through strategic initiatives by Branding, Marketing or Communication. Often, these values have to be implemented down at team level to create alignment or orientation for processes and roles. My coaching supports your departments and teams to create meaning from abstract concepts. On the other hand, organisational culture is heavily influenced by existing structures and roles, processes and communication habits. Small changes implemented in team workshops can have an impact here (for example new habits in meetings).
