Try-it Workshop "Effectuation for Teams"
Is your team or organisation facing challenges such as limited resources and a range of issues, and would you like to try out some unconventional new approaches? If so, my new workshop on tackling challenges creatively might be just the thing for you.
What You Can Expect
- Rooted in Practice and Directly Usable: During this half-day session, we will develop innovative project ideas and solutions to existing challenges – always with a focus on existing resources.
- Fun and Playful Exchange: Working together in a playful way on problems and solutions creates new social connections.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: You practise entrepreneurial thinking and deal proactively with uncertainties about the future.
- Effectuation Methodology: We will touch upon the theory and practice of the Effectuation method, which is derived from the principles of entrepreneurial thinking.
Why should you book something like this?
- Your team will practise creative problem-solving approaches that foster out-of-the-box thinking.
- By the end of the day, you’ll have an action plan for tackling complex issues that you’ve been wanting to address for a long time.
- You’ll get a taste of the Effectuation methodology. Afterwards, you can decide whether it makes sense to share this approach with the whole organisation or to recommend it to others.
The Prerequisites
For a workshop like this to take place in your team, you will need:
- A team of at least 3 and no more than 8 participants (for larger groups, I recommend a workshop tailored to the specific issues at hand, which may also need to be longer)
- A Meeting Room that is available for half a day
- At least one open-ended question that you wish to tackle together (e.g. ‘What initiatives could we launch this year?’ / ‘How can we recruit effectively with these limited resources? ” / “Which products should we launch?”) and
- At least one further question – or even several – that concerns either the whole group, part of it, or even just individuals (“I’d like to get X off the ground…” “We’d like to develop further in Y”, “We’d like to resolve the friction with Department B”, etc.)
- A trial budget of 1500 CHF of which 500 CHF will be credited towards a future workshop if you successfully recommend the programme to another team within your organisation.
Everything ready? Send me a message so that I can reserve the date for you - or just reach out if you have any questions.
